What brand(s) do you work for? Camping World What other teams do you work with the most? Production, Content, Design, UI/UX What is your favorite thing about your job and why? My job doesn't feel like a job. I found a role where my passions meet my strengths, which is very fulfilling. I wear many hats in my position, and no two days are the same, which makes it so exciting. The Digital Marketing Team consists of many brilliant and creative individuals that I get to collaborate with daily and learn from. What made you interested in working in the outdoor recreation industry? Being an athlete my entire life, I have spent most of my time outdoors and love exploring new landscapes and promoting a lifestyle I strongly believe in. Working at Camping World allows me to combine those! When I'm not working, I plan road trips (usually to National Parks) to disconnect from work and reconnect with nature. How has Camping World Holdings helped you succeed as a woman in the workplace? How is this different than other companies you have worked at? I have been given an opportunity to travel, be a part of innovative industry events (like the first-ever Virtual RV Show), and implement new trends for CWH. Since my first day here at Camping World, I have always been encouraged to share my ideas because they matter. There's something special about working for a company that aspires to constantly improve and never remain stagnant. What advice would you offer other women who are interested in a career at a Camping World Holdings brand? The days of the RV Industry being "male-dominated" are over. The social team alone is made up of mostly women. If you enjoy the outdoors and want to step into this industry, Camping World is a great place for it.
