What brand(s) do you work for? Camping World What other teams do you work with the most? I work Directly with the sales and service teams as well as the National teams and call center teams. What is your favorite thing about your job and why? My favorite part of my job is sharing my knowledge of the industry with my locations and assisting them in being the best they can be. I also enjoy problem-solving and conflict resolution. What is the most rewarding project you have worked on here and why? Honestly, I don't know if I have one specific project. I pride myself on my customer service, so I would have to say the most rewarding part of my job is when I can take a customer who has become upset with their situation and turn them into a raving fan. What charity/cause/activity is most important to you and why? Charity/Cause: The fight against cancer. I have lost many people in my life from cancer. Activity: The outdoors. Whether it's taking our trailer to a campsite with the family, or strapping on a 45 lb. backpack and hiking into the mountains 5+ miles and setting up camp, there is something so peaceful about disconnecting from the outside world and connecting with those that matter most to me. What advice would you give to someone applying to a job at Camping World? Bring your "A" game. Be all that you can be because this industry will demand that of you. Our company is the best at what we do. With the personal and vast amount of resources available, we can help you in your path to greatness. Add your bit of flair to the fun, but the professional environment we promote. Be a team player as we all have to lean on each other from time to time. Work from a place of empathy for we are all consumers. Lastly, enjoy what you do for a living.
