At every level of the business, every teammate is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. How is this different than other companies you have worked at?:Work/life balance has always been an important factor to me when thinking through my career, but even more so as I've become a mom for the first time. CWH understands that while I still want to be fulfilled and challenged professionally, I don't want to compromise the role I play in my family – I can be successful as both a team leader in the office and as a mom at home. This balance takes setting and respecting boundaries while also encouraging my team members to do the same for themselves, but I've felt nothing but support from my CWH family along the way. What advice would you give to someone applying to a job at Camping World?Don't be afraid to ask for what you want or expect out of a job at CWH! You'll be surprised at where an opportunity might lead, but you won't regret the journey.
