OUR MISSION:

Support emerging talent by fostering career development, celebrating the diversity of gender, race, and thought, and championing Camping World - Good Sam's impact on entry-level talent. ​​​​​​​

Our interns are top talent that enhance our ability to accomplish strategic goals, diversify our workforce and inspires our initiative to build strong relations within the communities we serve. We understand that interns bring new insights and views, which provides new ideas and perspectives, while making a long-lasting impression.

OUR PROGRAM:

This program is a full-time, paid internship program that operates over a course of 10 weeks. Our program is designed to provide interns with a real-world business experience that allows them to apply the skills that they've learned in the classroom.

Over the course of the program, interns participate in a variety of events to connect with their fellow interns, and colleagues throuhgout the organization. At the end of the program, our goals is for our interns to continue working with us in a part-time or full-time capacity.

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE

Hands-on experience in a relevant industry that values our corporate social responsibility and understands the importance of giving back to our communities
LEADERSHIP INTERACTION

Networking sessions, Q&A sessions, and seminars have exposed our interns to senior leaders and executives within the organization. 
MEANINGFUL PROJECTS

Interns are assigned tasks that can be challenging, but  rewarding as they are important tasks that directly impact our organization.
INTERN CONNECTIONS

During the span of ten weeks, interns are able to connect with fellow interns.  There is also an opportunity to collaborate with the intern cohort on a summer project.
