The close-knit group of smart individuals that are all striving to be a team.
What made you interested in working in the outdoor recreation industry?
My prior work history involved auditing and providing financial consulting to automobile dealerships. The CW dealership group, of which I've been a part of every single acquisition, has a similar back-end accounting system and methodology that fit well with my previous background.
How has Camping World Holdings helped you succeed as a woman in the workplace? How is this different than other companies you have worked at?
I've been given the opportunity to reach a pivotal title for a woman and I have strived to mentor other women in our company to help them reach their career goals.
What advice would you offer other women who are interested in a career at a Camping World Holdings brand?
Be yourself. Speak up and provide solutions. Be a team player. Your growth will come from your work product and how you conduct yourself.
