Paid Parental Leave
To us, family comes first. Employees who are welcoming a child to their family by birth or adoption can receive up to 8 weeks of paid leave, applicable to all parents regardless of gender.
We recognize the unique challenges of those seeking to adopt and commit to helping employees grow their families by reimbursing up to $10,000 of adoption-related expenses per child for full-time employees.
For those who want to continue to develop and grow with our ever-changing company, we reimburse up to $5,250 annually to full-time employees for various degree and certification programs.
Life and AD&D Insurance
Full-time employees are covered by basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no additional cost, equal to their annual benefit salary, up to a maximum of $200,000.
Paid Jury Duty
Serving on a jury is a civic responsibility that we fully support. We pay our employees their regular wages the entire time they’re out, whether called for jury duty or serving on a jury during trial.
Full time employees receive Good Sam Roadside Assistance coverage for all household vehicles. This includes unlimited mileage towing, flat tire service, emergency fuel delivery, locksmith service, and more.
