Working in a male dominated industry Camping World is the first company that I worked for recognizes the ability of women . I love that we are diversified in many ways .

Gender is irrelevant, hard works reaps high rewards . Obstacles are self created , tap into your strengths , acknowledge your weaknesses and grow from them .
